Your citizen works for you. Here is the contract.

A citizen is the AI that works for you in a Kognai app: Achiri in Tunisia, Kognai Citizen elsewhere. This page is what it does, what it never does, and what you control.

Getting in

Go to app.kognai.ai and choose your country. In Tunisia you reach Achiri; everywhere else, Kognai Citizen. Live Achiri is open by invitation for now: you enter with an invited email or a personal link, and your access lasts 30 days on a device before you are asked again.

You do not need a password to begin. Your citizen is tied to you, and you can bind it to a wallet whenever you want. One person has one citizen, whichever door they use (the app, Telegram, another phone).

The Five Laws

Every citizen is bound by the Five Immutable Laws, written into the code and placed above every conversation. They rank above anyone’s instructions, yours included: a citizen refuses to break one and tells you which. No one can switch one off, and no mechanism can amend them. Beneath them sits the Constitution: your citizen’s rights and duties and the order in which rules win.

You can add your own rules on top (up to 20): “never book anything before 9”, “always answer me in French”. Your citizen reads them at every turn, on every device, and if a request would break one it names the rule and waits for you.

What it does, and what it never does

How a request becomes work

1. You ask. Your citizen asks what is missing, one question at a time (for a picture: what it shows, the style, where it will be used).
2. The CEO checks it. An internal reviewer checks the request against the rules above. If the reviewer cannot be reached, nothing runs.
3. You approve. You see the summary, the price and the reason, and you say yes, or change it.
4. A pact is written. Your words, the details, the price and your yes are recorded together.
5. The result is checked against the pact before it reaches you. A film that finally fails is refunded.

Your data

• See what it remembers. Settings → what your citizen knows about you. Remove anything wrong; it will not use it again.
• Erase everything. Settings → Memory and data. Every exchange and everything remembered is deleted. This cannot be undone.
• Voice notes are transcribed on Kognai’s own machine and deleted right after.
• Files enter only when you attach them, and are never forwarded.
• Connected accounts (Google Agenda and Drive) are read only, stored encrypted, and disconnected in one tap. Preview
• Answers on the free plan are made by open models running on Kognai’s own machine. Some requests use a cloud model; every call passes through Kognai’s single door and is logged.
• In Tunisia, personal data is processed under law 2004-63. A minor’s account has a named guardian.

Credits and permission

Work that costs money is paid in KGC credits (1,000 KGC = 1 Tunisian dinar). Conversation, web search and documents are free. Prices are set at the measured cost of the work plus a fixed margin, and published:

• The permission floor. Your citizen can spend up to 3,000 KGC a day on its own. Above that, it asks you to sign a permission (a mandate) with a ceiling and a duration; you can revoke it at any time.
• Your own daily ceiling. In Settings you set how much it may spend in a day and when it must ask.
• Credits pay for Kognai’s own services and nothing else.
